Joseph Nunes

Joseph C. Nunes is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.  He received his PhD in Marketing in 1998 and his MBA in 1993 from the University of Chicago. His research interests focus on loyalty programs, luxury goods and status, pricing, product assortment and consumer decision making. He has published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Public Policy & Marketing and Harvard Business Review as well as other top academic journals. He serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Consumer Research, the Journal of Consumer Psychology and Marketing Science. Professor Nunes has taught executives both nationally and internationally, and has served as an independent consultant to numerous companies, including Southwest Airlines, KOA, Nestlè, BBDO Advertising and Tribune/Knight Ridder Services, among others.
