IF you have Hardware problems:
Hardware programs include your monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, CD ROM, docking station, etc.
Contact IBM Technical Support: 1-800-IBM-SERV (1-800-426-7378)
This is an ON SITE warranty. They should come to your location to fix problems you are experiencing.

IF you have Software or Configuration problems:
Software supported by the Business School includes Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office.
Configuration problems may include network access while on campus, wireless settings, rebuilding the computer to the state we gave it to you after a catastrophic failure or virus attack.

IF you have TCU Email problems:
This includes problems with your password, either it has expired or you don't remember it, or access to your TCU email account.

The TCU Help Desk can ONLY help you with your email account. For any other problems with your laptop, please contact Linda, unless it is hardware related, in which case, IBM should be able to help.
