For Neeley Fellows applicants:
Neeley Fellows is a business honors program that is Personal, Connected and Real. If you prefer an enriched academic environment and working with other highly motivated students; if you strive for professional growth and career development; if you want to set yourself apart and get the most out of your Neeley experience, then Neeley Fellows is for you.
Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA each semester of your first year to apply to this program.
Neeley Fellows Additional Requirements
Part 1: ONLINE APPLICATION

After applying you will receive an email with details about the following:
INFORMATIONAL INTERVIEWS: Please indicate all individuals within the program you have previously met or had a conversation with, including all members of your social sorority/fraternity. Due to Tandy Hall 380 by 5 p.m. on March 22, 2019.
You will participate in face-to-face informational interviews between March 29 – April 12, 2019 with two current Neeley Fellows assigned to you. Dress is casual.
RESUME AND COVER LETTER: Please submit your descriptive resume, in the format of the sample emailed to you and accessed on the website to Megan McKinney in Tandy Hall 380, by 5 p.m. on March 22, 2019. You may make your resume as long as necessary to include all the relevant details; however, you are expected to keep it in the format requested.
Include a well-written cover letter explaining the following:
- Why would you like to participate in the Neeley Fellows Program?
- What would you consider your personal responsibility and significant contribution as a Neeley Fellow?
- Why do you want to pursue a degree in business?
- Why is honors education important to you?

FELLOWS RECRUITING ROUNDTABLE: You will be asked to attend a networking session with Fellows Alumni in the BLUU Beck & Geren rooms on April 14, 2019. You will be notified for your morning or afternoon session. Business professional attire.

For BNSF Neeley Leadership Program applicants:
The BNSF Neeley Leadership Program is an academic program that helps selected Neeley students develop their individual talents and aptitude in order to lead oneself, lead others and eventually lead an organization. The program includes a fast-paced, varied sequence of activities including 15 hours of coursework, assessments, coaching sessions, competency development workshops, speakers, corporate site visits, and community stewardship events, which all stimulate reflections and development of distinctive personal leadership competencies.
BNSF Neeley Leadership Program Application Requirements
The application process will open on Friday, February 22 and all four components are due by 5:00 p.m. on March 22, 2019.

Part 4: ONLINE RECOMMENDATION FORM
Ensure that ONE recommendation form is submitted on your behalf by 5:00 p.m. on March 22, 2019. It is your responsibility to provide your recommender the link above and ensure he or she completes it by the deadline. If the recommendation form is not submitted by the due date, your application to the program is not complete and will not be considered. The recommender may not be a family member or a current student in the Neeley Leadership Program and should speak to your initiative, leadership ability, integrity and professional interests and goals.
SECOND ROUND EVALUATION
Part 1: PERSONAL INTERVIEW
If chosen to proceed in the process, you will receive instructions to sign up for a personal interview with program stakeholders on April 12, 2019.
Part 2: INFORMATIONAL MEETING (Optional)
If chosen to proceed in the process, you will be given the option of a face-to-face informational meeting with a Neeley Leadership Program member to be held between April 6 thru April 14.
