LaTanya brings more than nine years of career services experience to Neeley, including positions at the Rochester Institute of Technology, UT Austin (McCombs), and TCU's Undergraduate Career Services Center at the Neeley School. LaTanya most recently served as Assistant Director of Neeley's Center for Professional Communication, where she has played an important role in programming, coaching, and establishing strong student relationships. LaTanya is committed to building partnerships and implementing innovative and cutting edge programming to better serve MBA students and the companies that recruit them.

In the 8+ years Pam has been with Neeley, she has raised the bar of excellence in student coaching, job search strategies and personalized one-on-one sessions with each student. Her community involvement and passion for connecting people (in person and online) has produced a robust professional network that helps students make "warm" contacts with their target companies. Previously she worked for six years with executives in career transition through Right Management Consultants. She also has experience in health care, nonprofits, and the arts.

Bethany has worked in higher education since 2004 and serves as the Graduate Career Center’s primary contact for employers seeking to hire TCU MBAs. She works closely with employers and alumni to build relationships in order to promote our market-ready MBAs for internships and full-time career opportunities. She has left her mark at several universities through the creation of several new large-scale initiatives such as the first Business Professions Program at Ithaca College, a university-wide mentoring program for liberal arts students at Xavier University, and launching the first residential themed housing program at Northern Kentucky University. Bethany enjoys being creative when sourcing and cultivating new employer partnerships as well as maintaining relationships with our established employers. |

Four years ago, Ashley tapped into the world of higher education during her undergraduate career at Xavier University while working in alumni relations, residence life and career services. With the ultimate goal of enhancing student life beyond academics, Ashley enjoys the challenge of finding creative ways to connect with students and alumni of all backgrounds and majors. Before returning to higher education at TCU, she honed the ability to communicate messages in ways that resonate with diverse audiences during her work at a Dallas-based public affairs firm. Ashley is committed to promoting events to students and tracking internship and career data in order to enrich the MBA student experience.

Karen began her career at the Neeley School in the Undergraduate Career Center in 2005. After spending time in two other Neeley departments – the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program and the Academic Advising Center – she is back in the Career Center, this time at the graduate level. Karen deeply enjoys providing administrative assistance and establishing relationships with the students, faculty, staff and employers. |
