Role
The first, which is targeted, executive, Suite
C and leadership coaching; focuses on the
individual development. The Center Coaches will
assist you in exploring individual goals, your
vision, your mission, dreams and aspirations.
This model will guide the individual to a
development plan including; self assessment,
problem solving and provide tools for leaders to
develop to their full potential. The second model
of coaching is the team development. This
coaching model assists leaders and teams in
working more effectively, collaboratively,
strategically and innovatively, in order to reach
organizational goals. The third model is the
SHERPA for high performance. This model uses the
SHERPA model of journaling and accountability in
learning how to be more and do less while setting
effective expectations. The fourth model is the
Pathways to Successful Leadership. This model is
designed using the four natural elements; earth,
wind, fire and water to assist individuals in
assessing priorities and personal goals. This
model also includes considering spiritual and
