Texas Christian University Masters of Accounting (MAc) students were highly successful on CPA exam in 2015. 84% of the graduates who completed the CPA exam within 24 months of graduation passed the strenuous exam. Overall, 70% of the graduates passed the exam in 2015 alone, which is 20% higher rate than the national average according to the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA).

In each of the four sections of the CPA exam, TCU MAc students who took the exam in 2015 out-performed the national average in each section. By section results were: Audit and Attestation (AUD)  +36%, Business Environment and Concepts (BEC) +32%, Financial Accounting and Reporting (FAR) +36%, and in Regulation (REG) +18%.  The TCU MAc program is preparing their students for the exam and to succeed in the workforce. Not only have TCU Mac had success passing the CPA exam, since 2015 they have secured 100% full-time job placement prior to graduation.
