CEO OF SL GREEN REALTY HEADS INVESTMENT STRATEGIES CONFERENCE FEB 21



Marc Holliday of SL Green Realty, along with other nationally prominent experts, will discuss the issues and opportunities associated with commercial real estate investing at the Investment Strategies Conference,   February 21, 3:30-7:30 pm, Smith Hall, Room 104. The annual conference is presented by the LKCM Center for Financial Studies at the Neeley School.

Marc Holliday is CEO of SL Green Realty Corp., a $6 billion market cap real estate investment trust. Since he joined the company in 1998, SL Green Realty has grown to be the largest owner of commercial office properties in Manhattan, with 68 office property assets in the region totaling nearly 32.5 million square feet.  Holliday led the development of SL Green's focused business strategy that features the repositioning and strategic upgrading of the portfolio to larger avenue properties with higher quality tenants, while at the same time driving strong earnings performance and growth in shareholder value.
