Barry Salzberg Barry Salzberg, CEO of Deloitte LLP, will talk with O. Homer Erekson, John V. Roach Dean of the Neeley School of Business at TCU, on Wednesday, November 17, 2010, 7:30-9:00 am, as part of the Tandy Executive Speaker Series. Deloitte provides audit, consulting, financial advisory, risk management and tax services to selected clients. Salzberg was elected CEO in June 2007. He also is a member of Deloitte’s U.S. Board of Directors, the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Global Executive Committee, and the DTT Global Board of Directors. Salzberg joined Deloitte in 1977 and was admitted as partner in 1985. He has built an impressive record through a variety of leadership roles including Tri-State Group Managing Partner from 1996-99 and National Tax Deputy Managing Partner from 1999-00. In 2000, he assumed leadership of the Deloitte Tax LLP practice. During his three-year tenure, the practice increased its market share significantly, moving from 4th position to 1st, and received numerous awards and citations. He served as U.S. Managing Partner from 2003-07.
