John A Byrne, who writes for the website Poets and Quants, lauded the Neeley School as one of the biggest winners in this year’s U.S. News ranking for the dramatic rise to #80 from #94 last year.

“We are very pleased with our continual good performance in the U.S. News ranking of top graduate business schools,” said O. Homer Erekson, John V. Roach Dean of the Neeley School of Business at TCU.  “It is a testament to the tireless work of our MBA admissions staff to recruit the best students and the fine quality of our faculty to deliver an outstanding master’s program in business.”

The TCU MBA program currently has 118 students with an average of five years of work experience and an average GMAT score of 647. Students attend the program full-time for two years. (See class profile below.)

The part-time MBA program, or Professional MBA, is an evening-only program designed for mid-level working professionals who pursue a TCU MBA degree to help them move forward within their organization. Classes meet two nights a week for 24 to 33 months.  Currently, there are 132 students in the TCU PMBA program.  (See class profile below.)

“Our commitment to excellence in both or full-time and part-time MBA programs drives us to reach higher and take our students farther in their careers,” said Bill Cron, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at the Neeley School.
