Commencement: Newest Class of Graduates Become TCU Alumni

To celebrate the Class of 2025, a group of seniors shared their favorite memories from the TCU Neeley School of Business and their career plans for the future.

Abigail Hoffmann
During her time at Neeley, Abigail Hoffmann, a finance major from Denver, Colorado, found some of her favorite experiences through the Neeley Fellows and Transaction and Investment Professionals Board programs. A trip to New York with her cohort during sophomore year was a highlight, offering professional opportunities and lasting friendships. After graduation, Abigail will move to Dallas to join Goldman Sachs as an investment banking analyst.

Jordan Peloubet
Born in Arusha, Tanzania, and raised in Tampa, Florida, Jordan studied finance and real estate at Neeley. One of his favorite moments was being accepted into the Neeley Leadership Program, which became a pivotal point in his college experience. Through inspiring faculty, study abroad programs and the Sales Center, he’s built both confidence and community. Jordan will be joining EY in Dallas as part of the Strategy and Transactions – Transaction Real Estate group.

Irene Strzhemechny
Irene, a business information systems major from Fort Worth, Texas, found a community through her work as a professional development coach. Leading workshops and helping other students succeed was one of the most rewarding parts of her Neeley experience. After graduation, Irene will join Energy Transfer in Dallas as a business automation specialist.

Lauren Gray
Lauren, from Hopkinton, Massachusetts, majored in supply chain management and finance. She made lasting connections through the Neeley Mentorship Program. Starting as a mentee and later serving on the executive board, Lauren valued the opportunity to help other students navigate their Neeley journey. She will join Dell Technologies’ Supply Chain Development Program in Austin after graduation.

Nathan Makdessi
Originally from Walnut Creek, California, Nathan majored in finance. His favorite Neeley memories revolve around time spent at the Neeley Kinder Cafe, whether studying, meeting new people or catching up with friends. Those everyday moments built a sense of family and community he’ll never forget. Nathan is staying in Fort Worth after graduation, working as an analyst at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.

Giulia Brozzon Zanotti Cavazzoni
Born and raised in Asunción, Paraguay, Giulia’s favorite moment at Neeley was being interviewed by consultants for the Neeley Strategic Plan. Sharing her student perspective with consultants showed her firsthand how much Neeley values student input. Giulia, who majored in business information systems and supply chain, is joining join American Airlines as a procurement analyst.

Genevieve Van Steenberghe
Genevieve, a marketing major from Frisco, Texas, treasures the late-night group work sessions that turned into lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. After graduation, she’ll work as a sales coordinator at Diverse Marketing in Dallas and plans to study abroad in China to enhance her Mandarin skills and pursue a long-term career in international sourcing.
