The Graduate Career Center and Graduate Business Student Organizations host numerous boot camps throughout the year. Topics range from industry or functional deep-dives to case interviewing preparation, and subject matter experts like you are invaluable participants. When you attend these events, you highlight your company’s brand while previewing the caliber of Neeley graduate students.

See our students in action. At the start of every fall semester, the incoming Full-time MBA cohort is presented with a current, real-life business case by a company sponsor. The students compete against one another in teams to analyze and present recommendations to the company sponsor. Your company will walk away with innovative new ideas and the distinction of being the first employer to engage with that year’s incoming students.

Company information sessions help students learn about your organization, company culture, employment opportunities, and position requirements. You can invite all students to information sessions and deliver a broad overview of company information, or you can invite students pursuing a particular function and focus on specific career paths. Information sessions can be hosted on campus or virtually.

The MBA Summit is a multi-employer networking event that occurs at the beginning of every semester. The MBA Summit begins with the Employer Spotlight Session, which is an abbreviated version of an information session. Each employer has the opportunity to present their company's information to a targeted student audience, grouped by industry or function. After each employer has introduced their organization, students and employers from each Employer Spotlight Session converge in one large space to network and connect one-on-one during the multi-employer reception.

This is an opportunity for one of your organization’s leaders to engage with a small group of MBA students as a distinguished guest and share his or her experiences in the corporate business environment.

Coffee chats are the perfect way to move your conversations with students beyond generic company information and get to know them on an individual level. Students are eager to connect with you in a relaxed setting to discuss a range of topics from industry trends to career paths. Coffee chats can be scheduled one-on-one or with a small group of students.

Posting your open positions to our job board gives you access to our cohorts of graduate student talent and brings student attention to your company’s career opportunities. If you do not have a specific role to post just yet, but are interested in reviewing résumés, we can provide you with a résumé book with 1st year, 2nd year, and Professional MBAs who are seeking new roles.
