Are you a sophomore or junior interested in pursuing a job or internship in consulting? If so, consider enrolling in the Consulting Career Preparation Course designed for pre-business and business students. The course will be taught by staff in the Alcon Career Center and Professional Development Center. Students will have the opportunity to engage with industry professionals and Neeley alumni working in the consulting industry.

Class Purpose: Explore the consulting field, get connected to industry professionals, and begin to prepare for the consulting internship/full-time recruiting process. 

Date & Time: Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30 - 10:50 a.m., Spring 2026

Grading System: Graded, 3 credits

  • Selected students who fulfill the requirements for the class will receive a permission number to register for the course. Registration is limited to 40 students with permission codes.

Eligibility

  • 3.6 cumulative GPA (if you are close, please still apply)
  • Completing practice cases with the Professional Development Center is highly encouraged (inquire at pdc@tcu.edu)
  • Sophomores and Juniors with graduation dates between May 2027 and May 2028
  • Prerequisite: 30 credits at TCU
  • Business and Pre-Business majors only
