Jun 3 Enrollment Advising Session
11:30 a.m. – Enrollment Advising Session (via Zoom). The Advising team will review and detail the enrollment process and courses. 
June 8 Class Enrollment
8:00 a.m. – Registration/Enrollment. Incoming MSBA students will enroll in summer and fall courses when registration opens at 8 a.m. on June 8. 
June 15 Orientation Opening Night and Dinner
5:30 - 8:00 p.m. – Join other incoming MSBA students on campus for professional headshots, dinner and programming designed to set you up for success as an MSBA student. You will receive an email with additional details in mid-May.
June 17-18 Orientation
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

July Transition to Fort Worth
Build some time in your summer plans to move to DFW and take care of logistics. Once Orientation begins on August 5, you will have very little free time.
July 29 Zoom Enrollment Info Session
8:00 a.m. – Bianca Upshaw, Graduate Academic Advisor, and Olivia Williams will lead a review of the enrollment information emailed to you. You can enroll in fall classes on the second day of orientation.
July 30 Incoming Students Meet-and-Greet
5:30 p.m. – Join incoming and returning students at Lot 12's beautiful rooftop patio overlooking TCU. Attire is business casual.
Aug 3-5 Résumé Drop-in
You will receive an email in the middle of the summer on how to structure your résumé. You will make an appointment with our career team to go over your résumé prior to the start of Orientation.
Aug 5 Orientation – Opening Night and Dinner
5:30 - 7:30 p.m. – Join your classmates, MBA faculty and staff for programming designed to help you get to know each other while setting the tone for your MBA experience. You will have a professional headshot taken, so attire is business professional.

Orientation
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. each day – Required for all incoming full-time MBA students, this immersive onboarding experience prepares you for all aspects of life as an MBA student. Sessions will take place on campus. Fall class enrollment will take place during this time as well. Orientation concludes with a venture challenge and company visits.
Aug 21 Full-time MBA Celebration Event
Attend an event with both the first- and second-year MBAs before the school year starts.

12:30 p.m. – Bianca Upshaw, Graduate Academic Advisor, will lead a review of the enrollment information emailed to you. You will have the opportunity to enroll in Fall classes during orientation.
Aug 20 Orientation – Opening Night and Dinner
5:30 - 8:00 p.m. – Join your classmates and MBA faculty and staff on campus for programming designed to prepare you for an outstanding MBA experience. Business casual attire is appropriate, but you may want to bring a jacket to wear for the professional headshot photograph that will be taken shortly after your arrival. Dinner will be provided.
Aug 21 Orientation
7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Join other incoming students for professional development, an introduction to the Graduate Career Management Center, and lunch with your newly assigned fall learning team.

The academic calendar provides key dates for TCU. Please note that the MBA program does not observe the university fall break. A detailed calendar specific to the MBA program will be made available at START.

TCU Recreation Center
No need to join a fitness center! The “Rec” has everything you will need. Once you are a student in the fall, you will have free access to the Rec. For those arriving in the summer, we will offer reduced rates for access. More information soon.
