The Neeley School of Business strives to develop ethical leaders with a global perspective who help shape the business environment. As your job search is conducted outside of the classroom, you are a representation of the Neeley brand and mission, both while enrolled and after graduation. Participating in employer events facilitated by The Graduate Career Center is a privilege and we require that you complete the following steps to participate in GCC-sponsored employer events.  If you have any questions or foresee potential conflicts regarding your recruiting activity, please contact a GCC staff member immediately. 
 
1. Update your resume in MBA Jobs so that your current resume includes any new skills, accomplishments, or experience such as Neeley & Associates. Note that the GCC will include your “default” resume in resume books we provide to employers.
 
2. Maintain a current LinkedIn profile.
 
3. Acknowledge the recruitment event policies outlined below.
Event & RSVP Etiquette
  • Attend all events for which you have RSVP’d.
  • For in-person events, sign in upon arrival to confirm attendance.
  • Provide a 24 business-hour advance notice of RSVP cancellation except in the case of an emergency.
  • Arrive on time for events and stay for the duration of the event.
  • For interactive Zoom events, keep your camera on for the duration of the event.

 
4. If you plan to participate in the MBA Student Showcase, practice your elevator pitch with a career coach or by using Interview Stream.
