Study Abroad Commitment Form

If you decide not to participate in the program after accepting a spot in a program and the scholarship award, please note the following will apply:

• Any study abroad specific awards will no longer be available for your use. 
• Any expenses paid on your behalf will be billed to your student account. 
• You will also be billed any relevant penalties as outlined in the withdrawal policy (amounts depend on the date of your withdrawal).
