Make a real impact at a critical point in a student’s TCU Neeley journey, serving as an adviser and ally to help a sophomore expand their professional skills, explore potential careers and gain access to a variety of industries. The 10-week mentorship program is part of a professional development curriculum created for students, by students – delivered by an executive board made up of juniors and seniors business students who were former mentees.
Make a generational difference in the lives of our historically underrepresented students. This program is designed to increase retention and graduation rates by enhancing the student’s personal support system through mentorship. The program will focus on professional development and creating a pathway to compelling career opportunities.
Are you an alum of Neeley Fellows? Pay it forward as a mentor, lending advice and encouragement to some of our most accomplished students. Among many opportunities to connect with our students, this is a more structured alumni coaching program for our juniors, in which alumni lead teams of both students and fellow alumni.
