In light of recent “mega-mergers” in the Exploration & Production sector of the oil & gas industry, this year’s NAPE Case Competition will center around the pros & cons of upstream consolidation. Teams will research the impact of M&As on stakeholders, domestic economic growth, energy consumers and the energy transition already underway.

Universities have the option to choose two teams of four; one composed of undergraduate students and one composed of graduate students to showcase their talent and energy knowledge.
