The Office of Inclusive Excellence leads the charge to unleash human potential, not just for some, but for all. We know that a diversity of people and ideas enriches the academic experience and fuels innovation, and we actively pursue that diversity in the way we recruit, retain and propel our students, faculty, staff and alumni. Equitable support in an inclusive environment fosters excellence in each individual, preparing them to make a difference in both business and society.

We enhance recruiting of underrepresented students, especially students of color; retain and propel students with an inclusive campus, mentoring and job search guidance; and ensure all students graduate with intercultural fluency.

We enhance recruiting and retention of underrepresented faculty and staff, expanding their pathways to university leadership, promoting programs and groups for an inclusive work environment and providing tools to foster inclusive classrooms.

We work arm in arm with local leaders in business and beyond to create and grow mutually beneficial programming, staffing and scholarships.
